What membership is
Membership gives you and your household access to Mel — a team in Cyprus you can message on WhatsApp when you need something recommended, found, arranged, booked or sorted. It costs €999 a year, billed annually.
What it isn’t
Membership doesn’t include the cost of the things we arrange. The cleaner, the restaurant bill, the tickets, the boat — you pay those directly, at the supplier’s real price. We don’t add hidden markups, and nobody pays to be recommended by us. Where standard travel commissions exist (hotels and villas), we’ll tell you.
Fair use
Ask as often as life requires — we handle requests one at a time, in the order they arrive, and we do them properly. Membership covers you and your household, not your business. Really big jobs — a renovation, a full relocation, a wedding — get scoped and quoted separately. If usage becomes genuinely extreme, we’ll have a friendly conversation about it. We may decline anything unsafe, illegal or unkind.
Honesty about outcomes
We arrange, coordinate, source, recommend, introduce, book and facilitate. We can’t guarantee every table, ticket or tradesperson — but we’ll always tell you straight, and we’re usually the first people they call back. When a supplier we recommended lets you down, tell us first — we’ll work to put it right, and suppliers who let members down don’t stay on our list. Your contract for any third-party service is with that supplier.
Renewal and leaving
Membership renews annually. We’ll remind you clearly before any renewal payment. You can choose not to renew at any time — no awkward conversation required (though we’ll be sorry to see you go).
Your information
We remember your preferences so you never repeat yourself — that’s the point of Mel. How we protect that information is in our privacy notice, which is just as readable as this page.
